Motorola Moto E6s quick review 2019 A budget Simple phone

The Motorola Moto E6S is a great offering in the sub-Rs 8,000 smartphone segment. It looks good, has more RAM and storage than its rivals, and boasts a stock Android interface.

Motorola may not have existed once to enjoy in the affordable smartphone category, but the Lenovo-owned brand has been working hard in recent months to come up with interesting products. The Lenovo K10 Note is designed for the younger generation of love specifications that is more than anything else. The company is now focusing on the sub-Rs 10,000 segment with the Moto E6s.

Does the name ring? If so, because it is the successor to the once popular Moto E series of phones that offers the best value phones in the sub-Rs 10,000 category. The Moto E5s comes after the Moto E5 Plus and brings with it some India-centric features. In fact, Motorola told India Today Tech that the Moto E6s was designed keeping in view the needs of Indian consumers.

At a price of Rs 7,999, the Moto E6s is a very affordable smartphone and if you want to get it, is it better than the same priced phones as Xiaomi and Samsung? Since I've been using it for a few days, these are my initial impressions about the Moto E6S.

Design and build are quite good 2019

Motorola is going for new design options with its phone for 2019 and can be seen with the Moto E6s as well. From the product brochure, it may look like something else from the section, but take a closer look and you will see that it tries to make a little difference. You get a 6.1-inch narrow-bezel-display with a small notch, which is the industry standard these days. The display uses an HD + LCD panel and therefore, you will see a thicker chin.

However, this is the rear where the Moto E6s stand out. Motorola has gone for a simple design with a simple vertical-aligned rear camera and a fingerprint sensor (which has the Motorola batting logo). However, what color this spice is. The Moto E6s will be available mainly in polished graphite color variants, which is essentially a mirror finish in the rear. However, I had a cranberry red color variant and it has a very desirable gradient pattern on its back, which takes inspiration from the gradient on Motorola One Vision.

And thanks to the plastic build, the Moto E6S is much lighter. The back cover is removable but the clever unibody design doesn't make it clear. Removable back cover is a bonus for those who still like the batteries on the go.

Impressive specifications on this baby Motorola

Now, Motorola is showing the presence of 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage for its marketing promo in a short time. For phones priced at Rs 7,999, especially for consumers who want more storage and more RAM. You can also expand storage with a microSD card slot. For example, if you download a lot of movies or songs, the Moto E6s is a good choice. However, Motorola is using a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset and despite claims by the company that it can play PUBG MOBILE, we have seen this chip in other budget phones doing just enough for everyday tasks. .

One advantage of the Moto E6s is that it uses the stock build of Android 9 Pie, unlike its rivals and means that performance should be decent in the long run. I've been using it for a week now and so far, the Moto E6s have been going smoothly occasionally while loading apps. However, stay tuned for the full review as I am not writing it through my pace yet.

Motorola focuses heavily on camera performance and with the E6s, you can see that some work has gone into making the camera experience decent for its price. On the back side, there is a combination of a 13-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth camera, both of which work well. In my short time, the camera takes bright and colorful photos in daylight. The 8-megapixel front camera is also good, which kicks in to add a nice selfie to Motorola's AI edition. However, the detailed review is coming with a full review.

For the battery, Motorola is using 3000mAh battery with support for 10W charge. 3000mAh battery with stock Android interface should give full day backup with moderate usage.

Moto E6s First Impressions 2019

At Rs 7,999, the Moto E6s seems a good choice in its category. Motorola is emphasizing higher storage and more RAM - stuff which is higher than Indian consumer prices. The removable battery is an added bonus for those who want to use it for longer and rear cameras, it seems like the price Motorola is asking for is a good job. And, this is one of the few phones with stock Android interface in this category. If these are the things that matter to you, the Moto E6s seem like a good deal. However, for detailed information on the Moto E6s, see the smartphone for a full review.
